What happened?

A loud explosion was heard at the bottom of Blk 767 at 8pm today. A concerned resident traced the source of the sound to this place:

A closer inspection revealed:

A can of Red Bull, unopened, with its contents fully intact. Based on the loud sound, it should have been dropped from quite a height to have such a great impact on hitting the ground.

This is a common spot that residents of that block walk past to get to the lift lobby from the carpark and vice versa. Can you imagine what would have happened had the can landed on an unsuspecting resident passing by?

We hope to educate residents to be more responsible and prevent such inconsiderate acts of killer littering before it claims a victim.
