Since birth of this community blog, we have reached our 100th post !!!
While our estate is undergoing repainting works, it is real nice to hear residents commenting that the blue is really fresh looking and not as bad as they perceived it to be. I am anticipating in excitement that once the whole estate has been fully painted, it would stand out from afar as our blue colour is indeed very striking !!

On the whole, the RC concern is not so much the colour. It can only brighten up the place and make it have value when selling it ... haha, but what matters most to us is the cohesiveness of residents in our estate. We don't want our estate to be "A House Is Not A Home", good to look at, but internally is all nothing but unhappiness and disharmony.
Let us play our part and make Zone 9 a better place for all of us to live in.

Some residents are still dumping old furnitures, large junks at the bottom of flat expecting to disappear the next day. When that did not happens, someone set fire on the furniture. Twice this month at Blk 787.
Should set up a camera on the spot to capture these inconsiderate residents.
