On 27 Oct 09, at around 6.30pm, we received a call from our HOTLINE informing us that someone had thrown a fish tank out of the building at Block 791. We are thankful that no one got hurt and it was the work of a vandal.Cannot imagine how irresponsible and mischievous the vandal can be ... Just am at a loss of words now ....
