Are we having a serial fire-starter in our estate ? Block 766 CRC caught fire on 13 Nov 2010, at 2.30pm. The last CRC fire was just 2 days ago at Block 770.All residents, please look out for any residents, who might be careless or lazy in the way they dispose naked flames and choose to take the easy way out via the rubbish chute.
Remember, fire destroys lives ... please don't let it happen at all ....
