A resident called our HOTLINE at 8am and asked us to advise the household on the additional bamboo pole that was protruding out. It was a hazard to people walking below. With such unpredictable weather, one will not know whether would there be swirling winds that will dislodge it. We have spoken to the unit during an emergency house visit at 9am and they promptly apologised and brought it in.
