On 26 April, our PR resident taught residents the art of making "Chinese Gyoza" , aka Jiao Zi in Chinese. For only $2.00, residents get to have the simple receipe, a "hands on" visual by the demonstrator and each person is given 4 gyozas to sample or to bring home (uncooked ones). Real Value for $$$ ...
A total of 65 residents signed up for the session and were greatly blessed by the "unselfish" sharing by the PR resident. No fees were negotiated between the RC and the chef, it is just for the joy of it. However, our RC gave a small token of appreciation for her contribution.
