Do we have a cruel resident on the prowl and starting to kill stary cats in our area ? We note that there may be quite a handful of them, but killing them to exterminate the strays definately is not an ethical or right thing to do. This act is punishable by law and it definately falls under being Cruel to Animals.The head was thrown at someone's doorstep, and without any blood trail, as such, the one who slaughtered it might have done it at home.
Now the challenge facing us is ... "WHERE IS THE BODY ?"

Late August 2008 a cat came to our home. It was cute, my sons liked it, so we decided to adopt it.
The night of 20th September 2008 the cat left our home and since then we never see it anymore.
We looked for the cat, we asked our neighbours. The cat was grey with black stripes with long stand up tail. She had black paws.
When I saw the half-cut cat picture, my question is not is it the cat but rather where was the body found? Because this mischief act add up the flying objects acts surrounding Blk 790
