At Block 771, there was a family who used to put plastic bottles outside their home, as part of their gardening watering tools. Recently, the bottles went missing and were discovered at the foot of the block.
We would advise all residents to keep a lookout and avoid having such items along the corridor as vandals may use it out of mischief, and people may get hurt. The problem is many residents knows who the culprit is but are too afraid to confront, for fear of repurcussions !!
Do what is right, and not let the "if only" thinking come into play, only when someone got hurt.
