I have received news that items placed along the corridors have recently found to have feet ... and footwear, bicycles, flower pots and even clothes have been stolen. Residents called the hotline to inform and we could only assist in informing the police of the occurances and hopefully, it would yield some results as towards the pattern of the predator.
On 26 Feb, there was a lighted item (i mean lighter left alone with lighted flame) placed below a wooden shoe rack in Block 786, 17th floor with no one in sight. This is a clear indication of mischief or vandalism. Thankfully, it did not catch fire, or else who would know, it can become life threatening .. and by then, it would be bad.
Vandals fear being identified but on the contuary, it is the witnesses that fears to be identified ... afraid that the predators would "take revenge" ...... if this go on, they will be bolder and we would be meeker ...
Let us be brave and "Do What Is Right" ...
