Fire & Loan Sharks

Last week, I received a call from resident of Block 786, that someone had placed a lighted lighter burning a shoe rack, hoping it will catch fire. Luckily it managed to be discovered early.

On 4th March, items placed on a corridor of Block 791 and 8th floor of Block 768 were being vandalised. The vandals torched items placed along the corridor. On 5th March, the staircase landing on 2nd floor, Block 768 was the next target.

All residents, please take note of your items placed outside your home and look out for the vandals. They usually strike in the afternoon, between 2pm to 6pm. Hope the incidents will cease as we do not wish to see loss of lives due to the inconsiderate acts.
Today, I received a call to know that Block 762, the 4th level to the 9th level homes were being splashed with paints by loan sharks, despite the fact that the household that took the loans from them have already shifted out about 1 year ago. The vandals strike in the wee hours of the morning, so residents, please help to be on a lookout and report to the police if you see any suspicious people loitering around your estate.
