On 1st November, our RC hosted a simple dinner with the cleaners and workers of our Town Council, for the work they put into our estate. We chat with them and get to know them by name and hopefully also understand from them, the problems they face while helping to maintain the estate. Why do we do it for the past 3 years ? Everyone hopes to have motivation and welfare in their workplace, they are no different.
