Sometimes as a grassroot volunteer, we are given some rare opportunities to visit places, not open to public. This year, we are happy to be given a special Changi Airport Terminal 3 tour on 3 Nov 2007. A total of 30 of us (comprises of members and families) were enlightened by the new airport.
